[Framework-Team] Alpine City Sprint

Dear Plone Board,

we, the Plone Framework Team want to propose the upcoming Alpine City
Sprint in January 2017 to be a Strategic Sprint. We decided with 6 votes
for the strategic sprint, 0 votes against and 2 missing answers.

The organizers of the sprint plan to invite Plone core contributors and
the money will be used to cover their traveling costs.

The organizers will submit the sprint proposal separately.

Please add a discussion about the Alpine City Sprint to be a strategic
sprint on the agenda of your next meeting and let us and the organizer
know about your decision.
