Great idea and thank you for the initiative.
We'll discuss this at the next FWT meeting on Tuesday, 1st March 2016.
First, the FWT has to decide and then we're proposing this to the Plone
Foundation.

Hi (some of) framework team!
I would like that during the next team meeting there would be a point
on your agenda to decide if you consider the sprint that will happen on
Berlin in May 2016 (in 2 months) to be strategic.

The main focus of the sprint, as you can see, is a follow up on what
was started in Innsbruck early this year: try to finish integrating the
so-called Zope 4 and general work on our stack, specially on the CMF
layer. Python 3 will be also one of the topics covered.
